The latest addition to our full-service provisions is cutting cheese.
In response to market developments and demand from the market, we have started a cutting department in the summer of 2011.
With this new service, we give our clients the opportunity to offer cut cheese to their buyers. The market in pre-packaged cheese is still growing, both for the Netherlands and for export. We supply various clients with cut cheese in ½ , ¼ and other required units of weight, packed in vacuum shrink film. This film makes sure that your cut product has a long shelf life.
Our clients export the cheeses throughout the world so the quality is of course of vital importance. We therefore demand the highest standards of hygiene from our department and from our people. This is all guaranteed by various certifications such as: Process certification and certification by BRC, IFS and Skal.
